  • Airbus Production Record Goal For 2012

Airbus aims to set a new product record during 2012 by producing 570 large aircraft.

It will increase the A320 product line to set the monthly output rate at 42 per month. The A330 rate will reach 9.5.

Compared to Boeing, Airbus claimed a total of 1,419 orders against Boeing’s 805 last year. Airbus expect their order uptake this year to be slightly lower (around 600-650 aircraft).
